LULL, Marshall Joshua, “Josh,” a Representative from Sullivan County; born, September 24, 1850 in Hartland, Windsor County, Vt.; private, Company H, 2nd Regiment, New York Mounted Rifles (1865, Civil War); train brakeman; conductor, Lehigh Valley Railroad; passenger conductor, Reading Railroad; elected, delegate, Democratic State Committee (1882); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1892; died while in office, October 29, 1894 in Towanda, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
