HARTLEY, Noah Minor, a Representative from Greene County; born, October 23, 1844 in Cumberland Township, Greene County, Pa.; attended, California Normal School (now Pennsylvania Western University, California); teacher; farmer; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Ceylon, Green County; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1891 and 1893 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1895 term; died, November 20, 1920 in Monongahela, Greene County, Pennsylvania; interred, Glades Cemetery, Carmichaels, Greene County, Pennsylvania.
