MILLIRON, John P., a Representative from Blair County; born in Altoona, Blair County, Pa., September 2, 1947; graduated, Bishop Guilfoyle High School, 1965; attended, Duquesne University; B.A., public administration, Elizabethtown College, 1992; J.D., Widener University School of Law, 1996; specialist, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (1973-1974); president, Blair County Young Democrats; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1975 and 1977 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1979 term; owner and founder, Milliron Associates (1979-present); member, Harrisburg Authority (1985-1988).
