FABIAN, James Lafferty, a Representative from Bucks County; born, May 5, 1835 in Passyunk Township (now, Philadelphia), Philadelphia County, Pa.; willow farmer; elected, school director, Falls Township (1878); stock raising; elected, delegate, Pennsylvania Democratic Convention; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1890 and 1892; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1894); died, August 2, 1910 in Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey; interred, Bristol Cemetery, Bristol, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
