DALE, William, a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, May 28, 1851 in Helen Furnace, Clarion County, Pa.; engaged, lumber business (10 years); co-owner, C.G. Hirlinger & Co., clothing store (1877-1882); proprietor, Dale & Womer, tailor, furnishing and clothier; elected, council president, Latrobe (1892); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1893 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1895 term; died, September 30, 1932 in Estacada, Clackamas County, Oregon; interred, IOOF Cemetery, Estacada, Clackamas County, Oregon.
