EBY, Milton, a Representative from Lancaster County; born, October 16, 1850 in Paradise, Lancaster County, Pa; attended, Union Academy; census enumerator (1880); elected, prison inspector (1887-1890); farmer and livestock dealer; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1890, 1892, and 1894; elected, Pennsylvania State Senate (1897-1900); elected, sheriff, Lancaster County (1912-1916); died, January 30, 1920 in Paradise, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hershey Mennonite Church Cemetery, New Milltown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
