MILLER, William Henry, a Representative from Somerset County; born, December 6, 1846 in Quemahoning Township, Somerset County, Pa.; served, Company G, 93rd Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1864, Civil War); farmer; teacher; justice of the peace; engaged, horse breeding business; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1895 and 1897 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1898); director, Somerset First National Bank (1897-1937); died, November 29, 1937 in Stoystown, Somerset County, Pennsylvania; interred, I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Stoystown, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
