BOGER, Charles William, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pa., July 7, 1861; graduated, Central High School, 1879; LL.B., University of Pennsylvania School of Law, 1883; teacher; lawyer; president, St. James Historical Society; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1897 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1899); president, Board of View, Tax Department, Philadelphia (1914-1935); died, May 29, 1935 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
