HARGRAVE, Frank Bentley, a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, March 4, 1867 in West Newton, Westmoreland County, Pa.; graduated, Bucknell University, 1889; private, Company I, 10th Regiment, Pennsylvania National Guard (1898, Spanish-American War); attorney-at-law (1892-1932); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1899 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1901 term; unsuccessful campaign, controller, Westmoreland County (1907) died, March 6, 1932 in Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Unity Cemetery, Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
