Milton, Sr., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pa., April 25, 1939; attended, Oakwood College; attended, Temple University; owner, Street Food Concessions; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ 181st District for the 1979 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1980); elected, as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania State Senate (1981-1984); unsuccessful campaign as a Republican, United States Congress (1982); unsuccessful campaign for reelection, State Senate (1984); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ 196th District (1986, 1988); assistant budget director, Philadelphia Traffic Court; consultant, American Christian Institute; consultant and CEO, General Asphalt Paving Company and Philadelphia Airport Services; founder, Notlim Service Management Co.; unsuccessful campaign, mayor, Philadelphia (2011); died, November 28, 2022.
