RICHMOND, Thomas Franklin, a Representative from McKean County; born, May 17, 1860 in Smethport, McKean County, Pa.; graduated, Kansas State University Law School, 1882; attorney-at-law (1882-1908); solicitor to the commissioners, McKean County (12 years); director of the poor, McKean County; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1899 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1901 term; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1907); died, January 14, 1908 in Smethport, McKean County, Pennsylvania; interred, Rose Hill Cemetery, Smethport, McKean County, Pennsylvania.
