MILLIKIN, Thomas Oliver, a Representative from Huntingdon County; born, February 16, 1848 in Barree Township, Huntingdon County, Pa.; attended, Pierce’s Business College; studied medicine (3 years); teacher; farmer; elected, delegate, Republican State Convention (1891); elected, justice of the peace (2 terms); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1894 and 1898; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1896, 1900); died, June 30, 1929 in Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania; interred, Cornpropst Mills Baptist Cemetery, McAlevys Fort, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
