RALSTON, Henry Frank, a Representative from Chester County; born, January 18, 1853 in West Vincent Township, Chester County, Pa.; attended, Edgefield Institute, Upper Uwchland, Pa.; dairy and cattle farmer; school board member, West Vincent Township; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a member of the Fusion Party in 1898; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1900); auditor and inspector, West Vincent Township; director, Farmers’ and Mechanics’ National Bank of Phoenixville; died, October 31, 1911 in West Vincent Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Matthew’s United Church of Christ Cemetery, Chester Springs, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
