CUTSHALL, Philip M., a Representative from Crawford County; born, January 16, 1840 in Randolph Township, Crawford County, Pa.; attended, Meadville Academy; public school teacher; farmer; school director; elected, auditor, Randolph Township; appointed, office of assessor, Crawford County; unsuccessful campaign, treasurer, Crawford County (1893); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1897 and 1899 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1901 term; died, May 15, 1915 in Randolph Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Blooming Valley Cemetery, Blooming Valley, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.
