ROBISON, Samuel Durbin, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, December 25, 1850 in Allegheny City (now Pittsburgh), Allegheny County, Pa.; grocer; engaged, meat packing business; engaged, coal and oil businesses; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1888; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1890); oil operator; elected, Allegheny County Planning Commission (1927-1942); died, July 28, 1942 in Kennedy, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
