PARKER, David C., a Representative from Monroe County; born in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pa., February of 1970; graduated, Blair Academy, 1988; B.A., business administration, Messiah College, 1992; co-owner, Cramer’s Home Building Centers; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2014; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2016).
