Kaiser, Ralph E., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., August 27, 1950; B.S., business administration, Robert Morris College, 1973; certificate, effective resource management, The Pennsylvania State University, 1989; steel worker, U.S. Steel, Duquesne Works; elected, council, Brentwood Borough; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1988; served 5 more consecutive terms; appointed, Select Committee on Nonpreferred Appropriations (1994); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2002); director of government affairs, public television station WQED.
