FRAZIER, Robert F., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., May 30, 1949; B.A., Lehigh University, 1971; J.D., Duquesne University, 1974; attorney; elected, council, Pleasant Hills (1976-1979; president, 1978); elected, planning commission, Pleasant Hills (1977-1980; chair, 1978); member, Pleasant Hills Republican Committee (1976-1979; chair, 1977-1979); major and commanding officer, Royal American Regiment, Point State Park, Pittsburgh; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1980; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1982).
