EARLEY, Arthur Franklin, a Representative from Delaware County; born in Lynchburg, Va., September 4, 1925; A.B., Howard University, 1948; attended, American University; LL.B., Temple University Law School, 1963; served, United States Marine Corps (1943-1946, World War II); Assistant District Attorney, Delaware County (1971-1978); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1979 and 1981 terms; died while in office, June 9, 1981 in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
