SIEMINSKI, Edmund J., a Representative from Northampton County; born in Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pa., October 20, 1932; B.S., Scranton University, 1955; M.S., Duquesne University, 1974; attended, United States Army Command and General Staff College; lieutenant colonel, United States Army (1955-1987, Vietnam War; Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Air Medal recipient); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1978 and 1980; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1982, 1984); died, June 14, 2021.
