MARMION, Frank J., Jr. “Duke,” a Representative from Allegheny County; born on April 2, 1918; B.S., The Pennsylvania State University, 1941; served, United States Army (1942-1946, World War II); vice president, Overend & Krill Lumber Company, Incorporated; elected, commissioner, Upper St. Clair (1973-1980); secretary, board director, Western Pennsylvania Township Commissioners; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican for the 1981 and 1983 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1984); died, February 1, 1997 in Upper Saint Clair Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Anne Cemetery, Castle Shannon, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
