WINNER, William Paulin, a Representative from Bucks County; born in Wrightstown Township, Bucks County, Pa., August 26, 1852; stove plate molder, Stewart Peterson & Co. stove makers (1869-1880); stove maker, Rodgers, Roberts, & Scypes, & Co.; proprietor, Roberts, Winner & Co., stove makers; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1899 and 1901 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1903 term; died, October 13, 1931 in Quakertown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Spring City, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
