WILLARD, Fred W., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, October 27, 1867 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; attended, Peirce’s Business College; contractor; member, 26th Ward school board, Philadelphia (12 years); president, Pennsylvania State League of Republican Clubs; member, 26th Ward Republican Executive Committee, Philadelphia (25 years); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1914; resigned from the House, December 30, 1915; member, Board of View for Property Assessments, Philadelphia; died, January 26, 1944 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
