WHITE, Patrick J., a Representative from Lackawanna County; born in March of 1834 in Ireland; teacher; supervising principal of public schools, Archbald (15 years); elected, justice of the peace, Archbald; clerk, Bloomsburg Railroad Company; traveling salesman; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1902; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1904 General election; died while in office, December 16, 1903 in Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
