WEST, William Kase, a Representative from Montour County; born in Danville, Montour County, Pa., March 8, 1860; attended, Bloomsburg Literary Institute and Normal School (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania); civil engineer, Duluth Winnipeg Railroad Company; lawyer (1886-1922); elected, District Attorney, Montour County (1887-1892); elected, solicitor, Montour County; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to serve the 1915 term; reelected to the House to serve the 1917 and 1919 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1921 term; died, January 5, 1922 in Danville, Montour County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairview Cemetery, Danville, Montour County, Pennsylvania.
