WEIDA, Dr. George A., a Representative from Montgomery County; born in Longswamp Township, Berks County, Pa., April 12, 1866; attended, University of Vermont; graduated, New York University, 1888; teacher (3 terms); physician; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1903 and 1905 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1906); died, December 30, 1909 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Obelisk, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
