WAYNE, William, a Representative from Chester County; born in Wayne, Chester County, Pa., August 27, 1855;  attended, Protestant Episcopal Academy; B.A., University of Pennsylvania, 1875; farmer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1903 and 1905 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1907 term; field secretary, France, United States Red Cross (World War I); died, February 14, 1933 in Easttown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
