WATTS, James Edward, a Representative from Luzerne County; born in Yorktown, Carbon County, Pa., December 3, 1865; coal miner; iron worker, Vulcan Iron Works, Wilkes-Barre; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1910; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1912); died, October 1, 1944 in Hazel Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania; interred, Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
