Henry, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, September 4, 1880 in Riverton, Burlington County, NJ; graduated, Central High School, 1898; graduated, Law Department, University of Pennsylvania, 1902; lawyer; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Keystone/Washington Party candidate for the 1911 and 1913 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1915 term; Assistant United States Attorney (1917-1922); chair, Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Board (1923-1927); commissioner, Pennsylvania Civil Service (1940-1944); died, May 5, 1962 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
