URICH, Dr. Isaac Kalbach, a Representative from Lebanon County; born in Myerstown, Lebanon County, Pa., May 3, 1863; B.A., Palatinate College (now Albright College), 1879; M.D., Jefferson Medical College (now Sidney Kimmel Medical College), 1882; physician; elected, school director, Annville (20 years); secretary and treasurer, Calcite Stone Quarry Company; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1915 and 1917 terms; died while in office, October 14, 1918 in Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Annville Cemetery, Annville, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
