ULMAN, Ansel, a Representative from Lycoming County; born in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pa., January 15, 1864; graduated, Swarthmore College; co-owner, mercantile business; elected, council, Williamsport (21 years); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1912; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1914); died, September 5, 1915 in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
