TAYLOR, John T., a Representative from Beaver County; born in Tarentum, Allegheny County, Pa., August 15, 1858; attended, Elders’ Ridge Academy; attended, Jefferson Academy; engaged in the real estate business; director, First National Bank of Beaver; organizer and president, Citizens’ National Bank of Monaca; secretary and treasurer, Beaver Valley Water Company (1900-1923); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1902; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1904); president, Beaver Valley Water Company (1924-1931); died, November 23, 1931 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Beaver Cemetery and Mausoleum, Beaver, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
