CLARK, James H., a Representative from Montgomery County; born in New Britain, Hartford County, Ct., October 10, 1952; attended, St. Thomas Aquinas College; B.A., Villanova University, 1974; financial planning and insurance broker; member, Montgomery County Republican Committee (1977-1988); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1989 term; appointed, Select Committee on Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Services in Pennsylvania (1990); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1991 term.
