STADTLANDER, William Frederick, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, June 1, 1874 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; graduated, Philips-Exeter Academy, New Hampshire, 1900; graduated, University of Pittsburgh Law School, 1904; attorney; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1916; reelected to the House in 1918, 1920, 1924, 1926, 1928 and 1930; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1922); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1932); died, February 20, 1934; interred, Smithfield East End Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
