SEABROOK, Elisha A., a Representative from Adams County; born in Liberty Township, Adams County, Pa., January 5, 1861; teacher; elected, clerk, auditor, school director, and justice of the peace, Adams County; farmer; unsuccessful campaign, prothonotary, Adams County (1892); manager, Fairfield Elevator (25 years);  elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1903 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1905 term; council secretary, Fairfield; elected, assessor, Fairfield; died, March 5, 1953 in Fairfield, Adams County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairfield Union Cemetery, Fairfield, Adams County, Pennsylvania.
