RUNK, John Milton, a Representative from Franklin County; born, November 17, 1852 in Howard County, In.; attended, Kokomo Normal School; teacher (10 years); author; newspaper owner and editor, Kokomo Gazette, Indiana;  founder and publisher, Chambersburg Public Opinion; real estate dealer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1913 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1915 term; died, August 22, 1922 in Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
