ROBISON, Charles W., a Representative from Allegheny County, born in Allegheny City, Allegheny County, Pa., March 4, 1857; graduated, Willard Institute; engaged in mining; proprietor, coal shipping business; elected, common council, Allegheny City; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1888; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1890); engaged, real estate business; elected, delegate, Republican National Convention (1906); president, board of directors, Ohio Valley Hospital Association; reelected to the House (1910); not a candidate for reelection to the House (1912); clerk, board of tax revision and assessment, Pittsburgh; unsuccessful campaign, director of the poor, Allegheny County (1915); died, March 17, 1921, in McKees Rock, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania;  interred, Allegheny Cemetery, Carnegie, and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
