REECE, J. Coulson, a Representative from Chester County; born in Penn Township, Chester County, Pa., December 4, 1861; attended, Fernwood Academy; farmer; assessor; school director; elected, delegate, Democratic State Convention (1900); elected, justice of the peace, Penn Township (1902); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1911 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1913 term; elected, commissioner, Chester County (1920-1928); died, January 30, 1934; interred, Manor Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cochranville, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
