(1884-1890); hotel proprietor; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1902 and 1904; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1906); died, July 11, 1920 in Monroe County, Pennsylvania; interred, Middle Smithfield Presbyterian Burying Ground, Middle Smithfield Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
