PIDGEON, Dr. Arthur Herman, a Representative from Clearfield County; born in Houtzdale, Clearfield County, Pa., 1873; educated in the public schools; graduated, Western University of Pittsburgh, School of Dentistry, 1899; bookkeeper, Citizens Bank of Houtzdale (1892-1896); dentist; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1918; unsuccessful Socialist Party candidate for reelection to the House (1920); died, February 11, 1941 in Houtzdale, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania; interred, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Brisbin, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
