PECK, Thomas M., a Representative from Schuylkill County; born in Sheffield, England, circa 1880; coal miner; president, Shenandoah Central Labor Union; appointed, Anthracite Miners’ Wage Scale Committee (1920); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1929 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1930 General election; member, board of trustees, Locust Mountain State Hospital (1931-1940); died, August 15, 1943 in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
