PALMER, Walter S., a Representative from Mercer County; born, 1859 in Orangeville, Trumbull County, Oh.; attended, Hiram College; attended, Hillsdale College, Mi.; telegraph operator, Erie Railroad; bookkeeper, music and jewelry store; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1903 and 1905 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1907 term; elected, Sharon Board of Education; died, September 13, 1933 in Sharon, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
