OSLER, David Wilmot, a Representative from Lycoming County; born in Elkland Township, Sullivan County, Pa., October 14, 1850; teacher; manufacturer of woolens; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1898 and 1900; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1902); justice of the peace, Lycoming County; died, April 3, 1928 in Hughesville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hughesville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
