Ph. B., Bucknell University, 1891; teacher (4 years); lawyer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1915 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1916 General election; died, May 9, 1924 in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hummelstown Cemetery, Hummelstown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
