NEELY, Thomas William, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, Marshall Township, Allegheny County, Pa. on May 20, 1874; attended, Geneva College; teacher (5 years); lawyer; engaged in real estate and banking; solicitor, borough of Leetsdale; solicitor, Leet and Marshall Townships; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1924 and 1930; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1926, 1928, 1932); died, April 16, 1955 in Sewickley, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Sewickley Cemetery, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
