MUSSER, Isaiah Dunlap, a Representative from Juniata County; born in Newport, Perry County, Pa., March 14, 1847; private, Company E, 1st Battalion, Pennsylvania Infantry, United States Army (1864); engaged in the mercantile business; elected, register and recorder, Juniata County (1876); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1912 and 1916; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1914); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1918); died, January 30, 1923 in Mifflintown, Juniata County, Pennsylvania; interred, Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown, Juniata County, Pennsylvania.
