Caffrey Carriage Company (1880-1887); manufacturer of automobile dashboards and fenders (1887-1909); salesman, Cadillac Automobile Company; elected, 29th Ward School Board (1907-1908); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1908; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1910); reelected to the House as a Republican/Washington Party candidate in 1912; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1914); died, July 24, 1925 in Stonehurst, Delaware County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
