MILLER, Samuel Heilner, a Representative from Dauphin County; born, January 12, 1876 in Wiconisco, Dauphin County, Pa.; graduated, Dickinson College, 1897; graduated, Dickinson College School of Law (now Penn State Dickinson Law), 1899; engaged in general merchandise business; director, Upper Dauphin County schools (1907-1919); vice president, First National Bank and Saving Fund and Loan Corporation of Lykens; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1929 and 1931 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1933 term; died, October 9, 1945 in Danville, Montour County, Pennsylvania; interred, Calvary United Methodist Cemetery, Wiconisco, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
