MILLAR, Albert, a Representative from Dauphin County; born in Williamsburg, Blair County, Pa., April 20, 1880; attended, Harrisburg Business College; served, Troop C, United States Cavalry (Spanish-American War); served, Governor’s Troop, Pennsylvania National Guard (1901-1904); elected, council, Penbrook Borough (1908); passenger conductor, Pennsylvania Railroad Company; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1919 and 1921 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1923 term; died, July 7, 1938 in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Shoops Cemetery, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
