McKIM, Samuel John, a Representative from Allegheny County; born December 18, 1876 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; graduated, Westminster College, 1899; graduated, law, Western University of Pennsylvania (now University of Pittsburgh), 1903; attorney (1903-1961); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as Republican in 1918, 1920, 1922, and 1924; resigned from the House, November 30, 1925; elected, judge, court of Allegheny County; died, May 5, 1961 in Lexington, Sanilac County, Michigan; interred, Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
